{"id":52,"date":"2026-10-05T23:25:54","date_gmt":"2026-10-05T21:25:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/atheaa.no\/angrerett-og-retur\/"},"modified":"2026-10-05T23:25:54","modified_gmt":"2026-10-05T21:25:54","slug":"angrerett-og-retur","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/atheaa.no\/en\/angrerett-og-retur\/","title":{"rendered":"Withdrawal and returns"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at Atheaa, in line with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to use the right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day after you received the item. Let us know before the deadline, for example by sending us the withdrawal form below or an email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notified us. You pay the return shipping yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We refund the full purchase price, including standard shipping, no later than 14 days after we were told that you are withdrawing. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item or you have shown that it has been sent. The money is refunded using the same means of payment that you used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may examine the item as you would in a shop. If the item has lost value because it has been used beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from the amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once the seal has been broken after delivery (Right of Withdrawal Act section 22). With us this applies to opened cosmetics and opened spices and other foods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faulty or defective items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the item is faulty or damaged, you have the right to complain under the Consumer Purchases Act. Contact us as soon as possible, and no later than two months after you discovered the fault.
