These terms apply to consumer purchases of goods in the Atheaa online shop. Consumer purchases over the internet are mainly governed by the Norwegian Contracts Act, Consumer Purchases Act, Marketing Control Act, Right of Withdrawal Act and E-Commerce Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. The parties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The buyer is the consumer who places the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Price<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The price stated for the item is the total price the buyer is to pay, including taxes. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Conclusion of the contract<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The contract is binding on both parties once the buyer has sent the order to the seller. The contract is nevertheless not binding if there has been a typing or keying error in the offer from the seller or in the order from the buyer, and the other party realised or should have realised that there was such an error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The seller may require payment for the item from the time it is sent to the buyer. The payment methods offered are shown at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Delivery has taken place when the buyer, or a representative of the buyer, has taken possession of the item. The expected delivery time is stated at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, the item is delivered no later than 30 days after the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Risk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The risk passes to the buyer when the buyer, or a representative of the buyer, has had the item delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days under the Right of Withdrawal Act. See the Withdrawal and returns page for the deadline, exceptions and withdrawal form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Delay<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If the seller does not deliver the item or delivers it late, and this is not due to the buyer, the buyer may under chapter 5 of the Consumer Purchases Act withhold the purchase price, demand performance, cancel the contract or claim compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Defects and complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If the item has a defect, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after the defect was or should have been discovered. Notice within two months is always in time. A complaint can be made no later than two years after the buyer took possession of the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event of a defect, the buyer may under chapter 6 of the Consumer Purchases Act withhold the purchase price, choose between repair and replacement, demand a price reduction, cancel the contract or claim compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Personal data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The seller processes personal data as described in the privacy policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Dispute resolution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Complaints are to be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall try to resolve the matter amicably. If this does not succeed, the buyer can contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for mediation (forbrukertilsynet.no). The contract is governed by Norwegian law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12. Use of the website<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The content of the website belongs to Atheaa or our suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You are responsible for keeping the password to your customer account secret.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
